Manifesting Tip-Saying No Helps You Manifest Faster

When was the last time you said, “no” (a clear no, without explanation) to something you didn’t want?
If you can’t remember, that’s okay.
Saying no is a learned skill.
You were probably taught to say “yes” to be polite. Or if you want something, like more money or to be an actor, you might have been taught you have to say “yes” to all opportunities.
Maybe you think that if you say “no”to something the Universe sends you that it will stop sending you things and then you won't get what you want.
When Paulie started at Enchanted Life U, that was her. She describes the energy in her life as frantic. She thought she had to say yes to every acting opportunity that came her way. Back then she didn’t think about if she wanted to do it. She just did it because she thought she had to in order to become the actor she wanted.
Manifesting tip: Saying “no” is often more powerful when it comes to manifesting than saying, “yes”.
Saying “no” to things you don’t want provides data to the Universe. If you say “yes” to things you don’t want, the Universe is going to send you more of those things. Then you’re going to force yourself to say, “yes” to them and then because you said, “yes” the Universe will send you more. It’s a cycle that makes it hard to manifest what you REALLY want.
One of the things Paulie learned as a student at Enchanted Life U, is that not only is it okay to say, “no”, it’s something that helps you manifest more of what you want.
In this interview on Manifesting Success Stories, Paulie shares how she was offered a movie project and she was able to recognize it was a, “no”. And rather than “sit on it,” she owned it right away and turned down the project without explanation.
