What does it mean to embrace more of the stepping into vs howing when you’re manifesting a better job?

Stepping into, in this case looks like planning to leave. Possibly cleaning your desk so that you only have one box left to take with you when it’s time to leave. Not complaining about what you don’t love at this job. Highlighting the things about your current job that you want to be enjoying in your next job. Most importantly it’s letting go of the incessant focus on getting a new job. 

In order to manifest a new job, you do all of the above, instead of “howing”. Howing means trying to figure out “how” to make what you want happen. In this case, getting a new job. One of the things Chona did previously that was howing, was hire someone to send out 100 resumes. She was pushing and trying to how her way to a new job rather than step into the place of having a new job. 

Gathering evidence is key to manifesting a new job or anything that you want. Evidence is a clue that what you want is getting closer. For example, if anyone in your circle gets a better job, that’s evidence. Even if you hear of someone outside your circle getting a new job that is evidence. Hearing or seeing people enjoying their job is more evidence. When you are gathering evidence, you are reminding yourself that what you want is getting closer. When you know it’s getting closer, it’s getting closer. 

Trusting more in the Universe that money is on the way. Most often, some part of why you are manifesting a new job is about money. When you are trusting that more and more money is on the way, you’re naturally trusting that a new better paying job is on the way. 

Here are the things Chona was NOT doing in order to manifest a better job.

• Visualizing 100x a day 
• Or saying “I have the perfect job that pays lots and lots of money and I feel good about and has good co-workers.” 50x a day
• Rewriting her job intention every day
• Asking herself if she was clear enough with the Universe about what she wants

All of the above have a desperate, not trusting energy and will likely keep your dream job at bay. 

Chona showed up and stepped into the person she wanted to be and the experience she wanted to have.
