How To Have It All
Content
Have you ever wondered if you can have it all? I’m here to tell you that “YES, you can have it all”! What does it mean to you to “have it all”? Write down what it means to you to “have it all”.
Maybe all you needed was to hear you can have it all. However, if you want to know where to start in order to feel worthy of having it all, here is a great exercise to get you started:
- Get out a blank sheet of paper.
- At the top, write down “I am worthy” and then write “I am worthy” 100 times.
- When you’re finished with the first 100 “I am worthy” take out another blank sheet of paper.
- At the top, write down “I am worthy of more” and then write “I am worthy of more” 100 times.
Do this for one week. You can change it up after the first day. I asked you above what does it mean to you to “have it all”? Whatever you wrote down, write that you’re worthy of it 100 times and then worthy of more of it 100 times. Here’s an example:
I am worthy of happiness 100 times
I am worthy of more happiness 100 times
As you start feeling more worthy of what you want, more of it comes into your life. Being the person who feels worthy of it and more, you become the person who IS worthy. As you become the person who feels more and more worthy, more of your “having it all” comes into your life and you get to enjoy “having it all”. I know you’re worthy of “having it all”, you get to choose to start believing it too.
When I started my journey to having it all, each day I woke up, I had to choose being worthy. I didn’t just say it once and abracadabra I felt worthy. It took practice. I did the “I Am Worthy” exercise too. I wrote out 100 times on a sheet of paper “I am worthy of money”. After that 100, I wrote another 100 times “I am worthy of more money”. Each time I needed to feel worthy of something that I didn’t feel worthy of, I did the “I Am Worthy” exercise. Each time I got more and more of what I wanted, I had to choose to be worthy of it. As a matter of fact, I just did this exercise today, before I started writing this blog post. I wrote “I am worthy of this amazing life I created” 100 times and then I wrote “I am worthy of this amazing life I created and more”.
Now that I know I am worthy of what I want, I continue to “have it all” and so much more. I have more money. I have better relationships with my loved ones. I take amazing trips and do so many more fun things, truly enjoying my life more. It all happened by choosing that I was worthy of having it all.
In my Year of Growth interviews, you get to hear how I went from being someone who wondered if she could have it all, to the woman who knows she is worthy of having it all. To hear my journey, and to hear it’s possible for you to have it all too, click here Kimberly's Year of Growth Interviews.
