A Surprising Manifesting Technique
Content
Can taking a nap help you manifest? Absolutely! Sometimes a nap is the best manifesting technique for the moment. Often people get so caught up in pushing, even when they are working on manifesting. They push, push, push. Their head is filled with "have tos" and these things slow down your manifesting.
However, if you can pause the pushing and the "have tos" you'll leave room for "want tos". A nap is a quick way out of the "have tos". When you are asleep your brain isn't thinking about all the things you think you have to do in order to manifest what you want. It's resting, and allow space. Both of this things open the door to inspiration which is one of the most important ingredients for easy manifesting.
So the next time you feel like you "should" be doing something in order to get what you want, lay down. Take a nap and see what is inspired next.
"Go take a nap," is coaching I gave Paulie when she didn't want to honor her inspired commitment.
Here's her story from this episode of Manifesting Success Stories: (not edited)
"I know that the devotion is inspired in. So even though the work at the moment was not inspired, like I know it was like, Cassie just don't want to do ballet. No, I'm committed to doing it five times a week. And you were like, okay, well then just take this Monday off and then do five days and go into Saturday.
And when he said that, I thought I really don't want to do it on the weekend, but you were like, just go take a nap and see how you feel. So as soon as we, you know, I, I finished my session with you. I like lie down. And I was like, no, I, you know, I actually really do want to do ballet.
So it's learning that in that space, that permission that we give ourselves there is the choice of finding inspiration again or realizing that what, what I've committed to was from came from inspiration. And even though it's not that it was forced, it was like a pole. Yeah, go do it, go do it. You know what you're, you know,
what's at the end of it, you know why you're doing it was what got me to do it because, you know, I know you talk about it all the time, but I thought, you know, LOA always feeling inspired, always feeling good, always right. But the growth is never comfortable. And so it was a really cool experience and I'm still going through it now that it's not inspiration.
Isn't always going to be like, woo great. But, but where I'm going is going to feel great. And that's why I'm doing it. Yes. I love that. And giving yourself those little permissions in between allowing that inspiration to come back, right. Like taking a nap, like they let me lay down and it's almost, it sounds like almost as soon as you let yourself do that,
versus having that fight of should do this, I should. I said, I would, I, this I, that has space to come up again. Right. It started to feel like I was like my own teenager. I was like, fine, go take a nap. And then, and then my inner teenager was like, fine. I'll do it right now.
Yeah. Yeah. As soon as you stop asking me, like, I'll go do it. Exactly. Exactly. Yeah, absolutely. So I even got a parenting, but when I have kids, I love it. That's amazing. Really great. And that kind of ties into, you know, we talked last week and oh, I want to talk a little bit more about this too,"
